This machine uses non-woven fabric, nose line, ear band and other materials to make complete masks. It consists of a mask body making machine and an ear band welding machine.
Feature:
1. Mask size:180x90mm, 3 layers
2. The machine use ultrasonic welding.
3. Nose metal line: Length adjustable
4. Ear band: Length adjustable
5. Seal the earbands on the four corners of the mask with an ultrasound system
6. Welding width of ear band not smaller than 89mm
7. Brand logo can be printed on the outer layer of mask: Logo size:6.5*4mm
8. Material holder suitable for carrying three layers of non-woven fabric and metal nose coil
9. Automatically cut and fix nose line into mask
10. Automatically cut the ear band, and weld it to the four corners of the mask.
11. Conveyor transport complete masks.
