Plastic pellet hanging materials generally use three materials: rope, plastic and bronzing paper.
1) Ropes are widely used, such as polyester rope, nylon rope, rayon rope, hemp rope, cotton rope, paper rope, metal wire and so on. Polyester rope is the most widely used because of its good strength, not easy to fuzz, not easy to bend, good color fastness and so on. Nylon rope and rayon rope were used more in the early stage, but they are less used now because they are easy to bend, deform or Fuzze. Other kinds, sometimes the designer will choose according to the style needs. For example, hemp rope, cotton rope and paper rope, but these three materials have several fatal disadvantages. Because they are natural plant materials, each batch of blank will have problems such as color difference, more or less impurities and fuzzing. The color is not easy to be uniform and the color fastness is poor. In order to make up for this color fastness, it is usually protected by waxing, which can improve the color fastness and press down the wool to a certain extent. Therefore, these three materials are not recommended for suspended particles requiring high consistency.
2) The most commonly used plastics are PS and ABS, and PP can also be used. PS is the most widely used because of its relatively cheap price and stable performance.
3) Bronzing paper, bronzing paper can be roughly divided into two categories, one is Jinbo bronzing paper, and the other is pigment bronzing paper (also known as color Bo). Jinbo electrochemical aluminum generally has a metallic texture, while the color is hot and looks similar to the printing color. Relatively speaking, Jinbo bronzing paper will be more wear-resistant (color fastness) than pigment bronzing paper. Therefore, it is recommended to use gold foil electrochemical aluminum or black and white which are better made in color park. It has high requirements and needs dripping glue protection of other colors. Generally speaking, because bronzing only covers a very thin (tens of microns) layer of electrochemical aluminum film on the product, it is easy to be worn through by friction, especially color. Therefore, the friction of products with bronzing should be reduced as much as possible.
