Manufacturing process of Degradable Bullet Head Lock with Hang Tag String:
1) Mold making: computer draft, master plate (engraved on plexiglass according to the three times enlarged draft), engraving mold and mold matching. (polishing, mold base making and assembly)
2) Ingredients: first, add toner into raw materials and make colored raw materials through color matching machine; second, dye the rope, make the screen version, adjust the ink and match the glue.
3) Injection molding: (production) the product produced by melting and pressing the colored plastic tags at a high temperature of 200 ℃ and injecting them into the mold. (there are semi-finished products and direct finished products).
4) Processing: (post processing) bronzing, silk screen printing, bonding, ultrasonic, oiling and electroplating.
5) Inspection: quality inspection, counting, packaging and shipment.
