2. When cutting paper, it is required to be accurate, neat and with little error. The position of the mouth and the cutting of the edge gauge should be standardized and neat to ensure the correct positioning of the cover during printing.
3. Strictly control the printing process.
● To ensure the balance of ink, under the premise of ensuring the printing quality, the smaller the water, the better;
● The workshop temperature and humidity should be well controlled. The temperature is 20 ~ 25℃ and the humidity is 60% ~ 70%.
● In the printing process, the edge gauge drawing paper should be stable, and the bottom gauge should be stable; Fourth, the color of the whole batch of covers should be consistent.
4. In fact, the implementation of post-printing processing is inseparable from the early plate making and design, as well as the accurate control of the printing process, and more importantly, the strict control of the accuracy of the rules during the special treatment of the post-printing process.
