Biodegradable plastics are a kind of biodegradable plastics composed of bio polyester, bio cellulose, polysaccharides and poly amino acids. They can be completely degraded by natural microorganisms. Mainly polylactic acid, starch, plastic, etc.

It should be pointed out that the vast majority of starch plastics currently produced in society are filled starch plastics, that is, a certain proportion of starch is added to non biodegradable polymer materials. Due to the biodegradation of starch, the overall physical properties of the whole material collapse and a large number of end groups are exposed to oxidative degradation, but PE and PVC cannot degrade after "disintegration", It has been residual in the soil. Of course, it will cause pollution over time, so this kind of products should be listed as eliminated.

Photocatalytic degradation of biodegradable materials is an advanced technology. It is not easy to degrade under insufficient or no light, or the light intensity decreases sharply; It is also an advanced technology, which makes our life further. It can not change the original concept, but better protect our home.
